Welcome to Manx Pole Dance & Fly-Fit, our Pole & Aerial Studio Haven here in the heart of Douglas.

Our goal is to assist our students, building their strength and mobility whilst creating a community of strong, empowered and supportive people in our Pole and Aerial fitness classes.

Founded by Becca Winter in 2014, we are the only X-Pole XPERT accredited pole studio on the Isle of Man.
